Sintered mesh filter introduction:
Stainless Steel Sintered Wire Mesh, it is a filtering cloth made by pressing multi-layer woven wire cloth, then sintered together in vacuum furnace. This kind of filtering cloth is much better than common metal woven wire mesh with good strength, hardness and good positioning of opening. Its comprehensive property is superior to sintered metal powder and porcelain.
Sintered mesh filter disc is single or multiple layers of diffusion-bonded woven wire mesh laminates. Through precision sintering and calendaring, filter disc is equipped with several important properties for better filtration. The prominent features will be mechanical strength, stable mesh aperture and low-pressure drop. Sintered filter disc is designed to provide economical filtration media to critical areas such as hydraulic, valve, pump, servo and other applications.
Our R&D team has been always developing new filtration media model to the market to better solve customers' filtration troubles. Apart from common flat filter discs, pleated filter discs are getting popular. Pleated sintered mesh filter discs provides much more filtration area than typical flat filter discs. Hence, for high viscosity liquid filtration, pleated filter disc is the exact choice. Besides, customized filter discs are welcome.
